Welcome to ILMA YOGA-HOUSE,

This is a place to relax, meditate, do yoga, receive a massage, learn how to make vegan or ayurvedic food, or follow a personal detox program.

The Yoga House is situated across the beautiful lake Gaasperplas, a lovely natural area to walk around, do some jogging, play tennis or do some swimming and sailing.

We’re located just 20 minutes away from Amsterdam City Center by subway, one hour away by bike.

ABOUT ILMA

Ilma grew up at the country side working in the tulip fields and flower industry as a teenager. She played a lot outside, having lots of friends playing football, going off in the trees, and playing in tipi tents. She finished high school with average grades, and there was always feeling of restlessness inside, searching for something deeper.

Through yoga and meditation, she found a new way to connect with herself and help others live a happy and healthy lifestyle...

Every morning at 0800

Wensday evening  there is a group meditation at 1900-19;30 after that we can do sharing and eat something together eveyryone brings some dish ;)
